Made-To-Order, Personalized and Customized Items
Important To Know
All Made-To-Order, Customized or Personalized items are subjected to a Final Sale Policy.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR THESE ITEMS
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom cake toppers, personalized stationery, or any other item that is made-to-order, custom or personalized unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We will happily take back your product ONLY if there is a defect or damage on your product from our behalf.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged.

Please provide an image of your product that show a clear view of the item defect.
We will provide a free shipping label if your return is approved.
Please get in contact with us with in these 48 hours upon receiving your order. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your item back for a refund or exchange.
Standard Items
We will happily take back your product. Non made-to-order, Non-custom or Non Personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, proving they are in original, and unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please provide 2 images of the product with a clear view of item condition. (Please do so for all items if there is more than one item been returned or exchange.)
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will NOT provide a shipping label.
